Program Overview

Youth: 8-11
Junior: 12-15

Our Basic Training Program at ESB Martial Arts and Fitness is specifically designed for those new to martial arts or looking to improve their skills.

With two classes per week, you'll learn the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our expert instructors will teach you the techniques and skills necessary to improve your overall fitness and self-defense abilities.

Defense techniques: Blocking, parrying, and evading
