Congratulations on taking the first step towards your martial arts journey! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines:

What to Wear:

  • Wear something loose and comfortable, such as:some text
    • Sweatpants or leggings
    • A t-shirt or tank top
    • Martial arts uniform (if you have one)
  • Avoid wearing anything too baggy or restrictive

Additional Tips:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to complete any necessary paperwork and get settled
  • Remove any jewelry or valuables that may get in the way of your training
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class
